Key things to note before choosing a service
Please take a moment to read our service policy before placing your order.It covers what can and can’t be included in each bag, turnaround times, and how we care for your garments.

Standard wash only: All laundry is cleaned on a standard mixed wash at 30–40°C and tumble-dried.

No colour separation: Items in the same bag are washed together (lights and darks included).

No delicates: We cannot accept wool, silk, cashmere, lace, beaded items, or anything needing special care.

No “Do Not Tumble Dry” items: Only machine-washable, tumble-dry-safe clothing is accepted.

No soiled or contaminated items: Anything with bodily fluids, heavy stains, or hazardous substances will be returned unwashed.

One bag = one load: Items are washed as a single mixed load; we do not split or sort within a bag.
