Laundry Life subscriptions are designed to keep your washing simple, consistent, and affordable. Choose a plan that fits your household, drop your laundry at one of our partner stores, and we’ll take care of the rest - every week.
 

How the Subscription Works

Laundry Life subscriptions work just like our standard service - but smarter and better value.

Each subscription gives you 4 monthly credits. One credit = one standard laundry bag, washed and dried.

Here’s how it works:

1. Choose a subscription plan

2. Visit a Laundry Life partner store

3. Let the store know you’re dropping off a subscription load and confirm the bag size

4. Drop your laundry into your Laundry Life premium pre-sized bag

5. We collect, wash, dry, and fold your laundry

6. Clean laundry is returned within 24–48 hours

7. One credit is used per completed service

Credits reset every month and are ready to use straight away.

What’s not included

• Dry cleaning

• Ironing (available as an add-on for an additional charge)

• Delicate-only items (e.g. silk, leather)

• Non–tumble-dry items

• Contaminated loads (e.g. oil, chemicals, pet hair)

• Heavy or bulky items (e.g. duvets, pillows)

Bag Size & Fair Use

Laundry bag sizes

• Each plan includes a fixed number of standard-sized laundry bags

• Bags should be comfortably filled, not overstuffed

If a bag is consistently overfilled, it may be treated as an additional bag and charged accordingly.

This helps us maintain fair pricing and consistent quality for everyone.

Turnaround Time

• Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours

• During busy periods, turnaround may be closer to 48 hours

• Express service may be available as an add-on for an additional charge

Billing & Payments

Subscription billing

• Plans renew automatically each month

• No long-term contracts

Subscription FAQs

What if I don’t use all my washes in a month?

You receive 4 credits per month. Usage is up to you.
If you’re away or don’t plan to use them, you can pause your subscription or contact us.

Can I change plans later?

Yes - you can upgrade, downgrade, or amend your subscription at any time. Just get in touch.

What detergent do you use?

• Standard bio detergent with a light, fresh scent

• Hypoallergenic and unscented options available free of charge

• Premium scents and eco/specialist detergents available for a surcharge

Can I mix colours and whites?

We do not separate colours and whites.
Please load bags accordingly. Laundry Life is not responsible for colour transfer.
